Director of Growth (Remote)
Position Summary:
Feat Clothing’s Head of Growth is responsible for the organization’s overall growth strategy to include plan creation, execution and implementation. The ideal candidate has a marketing background and is a strategic thinker with strong communication, networking and data analytics skills. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing and implementing the organizations growth strategy
-Create a marketing plan that includes short, medium and long term growth objectives
-Focus on both existing customers and channels while increasing brand awareness among new audiences
-Manage all marketing initiatives to include product marketing and partnerships, events, social media, email and direct mail
-Use and analyze data to determine the best performing content
-Oversee a multi-million dollar marketing budget
-Oversee retention marketing channels to include email, SMS and direct mail
-Develop new channels for acquiring customers
-Develop lead generation strategies that increase conversion rates and generate new opportunities
-Identify new trends in the market and make recommendations
-Build and retain relationships with new and existing partners
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; experience will be considered in lieu of education
-Minimum 5 years ecommerce experience
-Must have experience overseeing multimillion dollar marketing budgets
-Prior related work experience in fashion/clothing highly preferred
-Must be highly goal driven with exceptional analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
